A Glimpse into the Plot

Set to span six episodes, “16-bit Sensation: Another Layer” will weave an original story centered around Konoha Akisato.

In the manga, Meiko Uehara, a college student, begins working part-time at a PC shop in 1992. However, this shop is a front for its true business: an adult game developer for bishjo games.

Meiko ends up as a sub-graphic artist due to the unexpected departure of the crew, even though she has never created adult artwork before. Her career as a designer begins when she attempts to create an erotic game that is free of glitches.
