Fans of the hit anime series, “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime,” were thrilled to hear the official confirmation of its third season. Studio Eight Bit announced the production of the upcoming season during the early screening of the recent movie release, “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: Scarlet Bond,” on November 9, 2022 in Marunouchi Picadilly in Tokyo.
The movie, released on November 25, 2022, was a massive success in Japan, generating 1.3 billion yen and becoming the 13th Japanese anime to reach the 1 billion yen mark. The movie’s popularity has spread worldwide, taking first place in Taiwan and eighth place in the United States during its debut weekend box office rankings. The “TenShura” craze continues to sweep the globe!
For those who missed it, the movie has already been released in theatres in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and other countries. The grand finale screening of “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: Scarlet Bond” will take place on February 19th, featuring a special appearance by the cast, including Rimuru (played by Miho Okasaki), Lanhua (played by Shinobu Kobayashi), and Violet (played by Miyu Tomita).
Grand Finale Screening and New Project Presentation
