Black clover season 4 aired in December 8, 2020 and ended on March 21,2021. It finally answered long awaited questions of fans but also left us with questions which may be hopefully answered in the upcoming season or movie. However, season 4 faced some problems as it quickly caught up with the manga, so it was a short season. Also, it suffered heavily because of decline in quality. Many fans criticised the anime for declining quality significantly, which even affected some critical moments. Despite all, the fourth season was a success and left the viewers with a big cliff-hanger.
Black Clover Season 5 – Will It Happen?
As for season 5, there is still no official news from Shueisha or Studio Pierrot. As we already know that the author of Black Clover manga took a 3-month hiatus to prepare the final arc and finally returned in August. There’s a lot of going in the manga so this video will keep the spoilers minimum as possible. We are finally going to see Asta making a final propose to sister Lily, Intense moments with betrayals, twists, big evils and so on. We can say that the three months in break was worth the wait. Black Clover Movie Release Date
As for the upcoming Black Clover movie, during the seventh anniversary celebration of the Black Clover franchise, a teaser trailer was shown. Black Clover: The Movie, the first animated trailer announced that the movie is coming in 2023. Several tweets also leaked rumours that the movie is in production. However, the plot isn’t revealed yet. Many are guessing that will be an original movie, not following the storyline while others are guessing that it will be a continuation after season 4. The movie is expected to be released in 2023. The staffs from Studio Pierrot are returning for the movie’s production.

It is now officially confirmed that the new Black Clover movie is titled “Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King”. It will be released in Japanese theatres on March 31, 2023. Netflix has also announced that the new black clover will be released the same day worldwide on their platform.
