Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Episode 1 is titled “It is What It is”. At the beginning of the episode, Kisaki accuses Takemichi of betraying Toman and expresses his disappointment and sadness before saying farewell.
However, Takemichi is rescued when the power supply is cut. When he wakes up, he finds that his injured leg has been bandaged and Kazutora, a long-haired man, is standing nearby. Kazutora informs Takemichi that he witnessed Toman members harassing a woman on the streets and explains that Toman has gone astray since Draken was imprisoned and Mikey disappeared.
He tells Takemichi that after he was released from prison, Chifuyu updated him on Toman’s current state and shared his desire to fight corruption. Kazutora is working to cut off the supply of money from the former Black Dragons, which he believes has corrupted Mikey and Toman.
He also reveals that Chifuyu was supposed to take care of Kisaki, but ended up trying to save Takemichi instead. Kazutora admits that he only cares about saving Chifuyu and tells Takemichi about a young detective who approached Chifuyu to work together.
Takemichi learns that Kisaki ordered Hina’s murder, but he was not present at the time due to being an executive in this timeline. He was in a meeting that Kisaki is now using as an alibi. Kazutora believes that Mikey has become evil and is killing off his old Toman comrades one by one, including Mitsuya, Pah-chin, and Peh-Yan.
